This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling an order placed on the Xtream website.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.
  • For "Same Day Delivery" orders, cancellation must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your "Order History".
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on "View Details".
  3. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will see a "Cancel Order" button.
  4. Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel the order through your account, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
